FireFly Time

We believe that the right start into a child's education is invaluable to a child's future. Here at Building Blocks, all of our children, ages 1-5 follow the same curriculum. Teachers help each child according to their skill level in order to get the best results from their lessons each day. The curriculum is modified for younger children, but materials and lessons are the same throughout the center. 

We have used FireFly curriculum since 2016 and we LOVE IT! Each month brings a new theme and new adventure.

FireFly curriculum uniquely weaves 33 research-based skills into playful games and discovery projects. The cross-disciplinary model supports a child’s on-going social-emotional, physical, language and cognitive development.

Children construct knowledge as they play and explore.

Every FireFly activity and project integrates 2-3 skills from the domains of learning.
